Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurika Jewels, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

You have notified us within 48 hours of receiving the product

The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact

 

Note:

 

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or for custom/personalized orders.

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale unless damaged or defective.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To raise a request, please contact us at:

aurikajewelsofficial@gmail.com or on Instagram @aurikajewelsofficial within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include your order number, a brief description, and images of the issue (if applicable).

 

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share instructions for return.

 

3. Return Process & Inspection

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected by our quality team.

If approved, we will initiate an exchange or issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.

 

4. Conditions Not Eligible for Return

Any product that has been worn, resized, altered, or damaged by the customer

Items returned without prior approval

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces

Delayed courier returns beyond the allowed window

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Post this window, cancellations are not possible as the order is already in processing.

 

6. Our Promise

Each Aurika piece goes through stringent quality checks before it is shipped. However, if you ever receive something that isn’t perfect — we will make it right.
