1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping within India

Standard Shipping (Pan India): Free on all orders above ₹2,000

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on the location

Courier Partners: We ship via trusted delivery partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and others.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order value

Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Packaging

Every order is securely packed in our signature Aurika Jewels packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully.

If your order is a gift, you can request complimentary gift wrapping at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, logistical disruptions, or customs clearance (for international orders). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
